What you will do
- Lead the operation and continuous development of the global Data Loss Prevention program.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve DLP effectiveness and compliance.
- Oversee DLP alert triage and escalation in partnership with Incident Response and technical security teams.
- Coordinate complex data loss cases across Cybersecurity, HR, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and business functions.
- Define DLP KPIs, monitor program health, and help shape the DLP operating model.
- Build cross-team engagement and collaboration within the Lisbon ISRM, Risk, and IT communities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data loss prevention, information security, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of DLP principles, processes, and information security risk management.
- Experience leading complex initiatives and influencing multiple teams without direct authority.
- Sound judgment when assessing sensitive or complex security issues.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical functions.
- Experience with enterprise DLP technologies, including Microsoft Purview and network-layer controls such as CASB.
