Agentic AI & RPA Developer

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office

What you will do

• Design and develop automation solutions using WorkFusion and other RPA technologies.
• Build AI agents that reason, plan, and orchestrate business workflows.
• Develop agentic workflows with human-in-the-loop governance for business-critical projects.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop document intelligence solutions for extraction, classification, and summarization.
• Implement API integrations, vector databases, semantic search, and agent orchestration frameworks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant software development experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Hands-on experience with WorkFusion or other RPA tools, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Copilot, MCP, LLMs, and agent orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, debugging, test plans, and testing tools.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and design communication skills.
