Global Technology Delivery Lead (Investment Technology)

Location: Hybrid; colleagues are expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week

What you will do

• Lead high-profile global technology initiatives for Mercer’s Investments Business.
• Gather business requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize feature development.
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, maintaining delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Partner with investment teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Optimize operational support models and address technology challenges across investment management activities.
• Align regional technical needs with the strategic target operating model and support innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology delivery leadership, business analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Extensive investment management industry experience and broad knowledge of investment technology architecture.
• Experience delivering projects using vendor and in-house-built technology solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with senior technology and operations management.
• Experience with both Agile and traditional project management models, tools, and practices.
• Ability to work independently and drive execution within geographically dispersed global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with FactSet, State Street Alpha, Charles River, or Investran.
• Private Markets experience.
• Project or Agile management certifications.
• Experience working on global projects spanning multiple regions.
