What you will do

• Frame business challenges and own the analytics value chain from problem definition through deployment.
• Apply data science, machine learning, optimization, and simulation techniques to complex operational problems.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions with consultants, operations experts, AI engineers, and client teams.
• Address challenges in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and workforce planning.
• Improve operational performance and resilience while reducing costs and enabling lasting organizational transformation.
• Manage and grow a team while coordinating multiple stakeholders in client-facing environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant industry experience delivering advanced analytics solutions.
• Experience applying data science, machine learning, optimization, or simulation to complex business problems.
• Strong knowledge of modern analytics and machine learning methods, with the ability to connect insights to business impact.
• Knowledge of operations and optimization methodologies.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with optimization tools such as Gurobi, OR-Tools, or Pyomo.
