What you will do
- Lead the strategy and execution of the Marsh Risk business in Namibia.
- Own P&L performance and develop and implement business plans.
- Manage client relationships and drive sales and service delivery.
- Lead new product and solution development.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or Law.
- Minimum of 15 years of industry experience.
- Proven management and business development experience.
- Track record in strategy development and sales or service delivery.
- Strong financial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
