Technology Delivery Manager (FINEOS)

Base salary: $89,400–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a technology delivery team supporting enterprise capabilities and custom FINEOS solutions.
• Drive delivery of technology solutions and services aligned with business priorities and organizational objectives.
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology leaders to maintain a prioritized delivery backlog.
• Manage delivery risks, operational blockers, resource constraints, system dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support Agile planning, execution, quality, predictability, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor delivery metrics, address skills gaps, and strengthen team capabilities through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and cross-training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology delivery teams, technology programs, or technology operations functions.
• Direct people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, mentoring, and employee development.
• Experience leading teams in Agile delivery environments and managing competing priorities, risks, operational issues, and dependencies.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, product teams, and technology organizations to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, software delivery, digital products, or technology platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting the FINEOS platform or similar enterprise insurance technology solutions.
• Background in insurance, claims administration, or benefits technology.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures, enterprise applications, systems integration, and data migration strategies.
• Experience managing distributed and geographically diverse teams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement principles.
