Regional Chief People Officer (AI Workforce Strategy)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

Base salary: $300,000–$350,000 per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the Americas regional people strategy aligned with business goals and AI-driven changes in consulting.
• Design and implement an AI-enabled Human Capital operating model, including digital service delivery, governance, analytics, and operational excellence.
• Lead regional talent management and recruiting across consulting, specialist, and support populations.
• Guide the firm's organizational and cultural response to AI, including changes to apprenticeship, development, leadership, and workforce models.
• Own partner lifecycle management, executive succession planning, high-potential identification, and leadership bench strength.
• Lead the regional Human Capital team, budget, strategic planning, and executive stakeholder engagement across the Americas.

Requirements

• Proven experience advising Managing Partners, Operating Committee members, and other senior business leaders on commercial people strategy.
• Deep expertise across talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, inclusion, culture, and Human Capital operations.
• Experience translating AI's impact on work into talent, capability, workforce mix, and operating model decisions; engineering expertise is not required.
• Significant experience with partner or senior executive lifecycle management, succession planning, organizational transformation, and culture change.
• Strong data, analytics, change management, cross-cultural collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Professional services experience, ideally in consulting, is strongly preferred.
