What you will do
- Frame business challenges and design, implement, and deploy scalable analytics and AI solutions.
- Apply data science, statistics, operations research, and machine learning to real-world business situations across industries.
- Partner with clients and colleagues to build innovative solutions and translate analytical results into business impact.
- Lead problem-solving processes, manage project workstreams, engagements, and client relationships.
- Distill complex data and scientific concepts into clear visualizations and understandable explanations.
- Develop thought leadership through scientific papers, communities, and conferences.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Fluency in at least one scripting language, preferably Python.
- Significant experience applying advanced analytics and synthesizing complex data.
- Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.
- Strong project management, leadership, collaboration, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Master’s or PhD degree in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, economics, machine learning, or a related data-centric field is desired.
Nice to have
- Software development or DevOps experience.
- Experience with predictive modeling, customer segmentation or clustering, network analysis, and supply chain optimization.
- Experience operating as a thought leader and managing work in a matrix organization.
