What you will do

• Execute quality compliance reviews and operational audits to verify vendor adherence to grading rubrics.
• Conduct daily audits of vendor customer service and moderation decisions for accuracy and policy alignment.
• Maintain audit data and quality performance metrics to identify recurring errors and grading drift.
• Coordinate with Moderation, Customer Support, and Global Scaled Operations teams to resolve quality disputes.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent interpretation of trust and safety policies.
• Help test and implement quality automation tools and auditing platforms.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, moderation, compliance, or trust and safety.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foundational experience in operational auditing.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies in moderation decisions and data entries.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting audit findings and providing vendor feedback.
• Ability to troubleshoot quality issues, apply policy rubrics to complex cases, and adapt to evolving safety policies.
