What you will do

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the data centre sector.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Build relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop tailored client solutions.
• Lead bid preparation, tender submissions, contract negotiations, presentations, and proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, emerging technologies, and represent hirify.global at industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven business development experience in data centres, engineering consultancy, or construction.
• Established network in the European data centre sector.
• Strong understanding of data centre design, construction, and operational requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as required and work independently and collaboratively.
