AI Tech Consultant (AI/Agile): Developing and deploying Agile transformation programs, digital strategies, and tailored technology solutions for leading organizations with an accent on Agile coaching, machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, and robotics. Focus on orchestrating complex Agile transitions, coaching software development teams, and shaping future-oriented customer journeys through precise analysis and hands-on client delivery.
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond is required.

What you will do
- Develop projects that enable clients to apply Agile methods and modern approaches to strategic IT implementation.
- Design and deliver training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, behaviors, and practices.
- Coach client teams through day-to-day problem solving in an Agile environment.
- Shape digital transformation initiatives and balance overarching technical solutions with individual client needs.
- Develop tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on situation analysis, market trends, and technologies such as machine learning.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant IT consulting experience.
- Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner with Agile client software development teams.
- Proven experience orchestrating transitions and coaching teams in large, complex Agile programs.
- Understanding of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, Agile, AI, and robotics.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are required.

- Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or SAFe certifications.
