HR Business Partner - Fulfillment Center

Location: Reno, Nevada, United States; onsite at a fulfillment center. The position may require travel.

hirify.global operates an ecommerce business and is hiring an HR partner to lead human resources for a fulfillment center.

What you will do

• Lead the fulfillment center HR team responsible for performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Partner with line managers and employees to resolve employee relations issues and build leadership capabilities.
• Own orientation and onboarding and support training activities.
• Analyze workforce data and recommend improvements to performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including local market research and job-level evaluation.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation, safety activities, accident investigations, job descriptions, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR partnership role, ideally in a fulfillment or distribution center.
• 2+ years of experience leading an HR team.
• Strong employee relations, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence and partner with employees and leaders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to work onsite at the Reno, Nevada fulfillment center; travel may be required.
