What you will do

• Design and deploy multi-agent systems capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and execution across distributed cloud environments.
• Build human-in-the-loop systems, evaluation frameworks, and observability mechanisms for continuous agent improvement.
• Integrate agents with APIs, developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, data platforms, and operational systems.
• Identify high-impact agent use cases with business units and translate ambiguous needs into technical workflows.
• Apply agentic patterns to data analysis, self-healing infrastructure, root-cause analysis, resource optimization, and multi-step planning.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architecture, including AWS, Azure, or private clouds.
• Direct experience deploying and operating LLM-based agents in production, including LangGraph, AutoGPT, or custom orchestration layers.
• Experience designing AI benchmarks, evaluations, and quality metrics.
• Experience applying agentic patterns to at least two relevant domains, such as data analysis, observability, optimization, or planning.
• Ability to work effectively in a 0-to-1 environment and handle ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Interest in Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning, swarm intelligence, and emerging agentic technologies.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, A2A, and other agent-to-tool communication standards.
• Strong communication skills for connecting technical agentic logic with human-centric business processes.
