Lithography Tool Install Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute installation projects for advanced lithography equipment.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, suppliers, contractors, factory stakeholders, and engineering resources.
• Develop installation plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and readiness tracking.
• Act as the equipment owner from planning through installation, startup, qualification, and turnover.
• Resolve project constraints, troubleshoot installation challenges, and drive issue resolution.
• Ensure work meets safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting manufacturing ramp milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, project management, or a related technical field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience; or a relevant master’s degree plus 1+ years of experience.
• Relevant experience may include semiconductor manufacturing, equipment installation, construction management, project management, capital projects, or factory ramp operations.
• Strong project planning, coordination, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment with a focus on safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• This is a fixed-term contract assignment expected to last 24 months.

Nice to have

• Experience with factory startup, equipment qualification, or manufacturing ramp activities.
• Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
