hirify.global is an all-in-one platform for company formation and visas in the UAE, with a separate accounting and tax business.

What you will do

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video channels as needed.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy against CPA, ROAS, and conversion KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager on creative briefs and landing page strategy.
• Recommend additional PPC platforms for testing and future campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Ability to take ownership and deliver against performance targets.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating remotely.
• CV and campaign case studies or performance data are required for consideration.
