QA Engineer (Game Development): Testing browser and mobile casual games on iOS and Android with an accent on functional and usability testing, defect reporting, and test documentation. Focus on analyzing client-server applications, improving game functionality, and maintaining test cases and checklists.

Location: Petrozavodsk office or remote

What you will do

  • Conduct functional, usability, and other types of testing for casual games.
  • Test browser and mobile applications on iOS and Android.
  • Document defects and prepare reports on discovered issues.
  • Recommend improvements to game functionality.
  • Analyze, develop, and update test cases, checklists, and other test documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced PC skills and experience with iOS and Android platforms.
  • Knowledge of testing theory or completed QA courses.
  • Understanding of client-server application principles.
  • Gaming experience with casual games, interest in game development, perseverance, responsibility, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Higher education.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of one or more programming languages.
