What you will do
- Classify, verify, and record sales, purchases, payroll, VAT, and other accounting entries.
- Check data accuracy, correct errors, and reconcile client, supplier, and bank accounts.
- Draft simple balance sheet projects and contribute to annual financial statements.
- File and archive accounting documents and report irregularities to the Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant team.
- Prepare periodic VAT and INTRASTAT declarations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience in a company or fiduciary.
- Strong knowledge of LuxGAAP and experience preparing and filing periodic VAT returns.
- Basic understanding of Luxembourg taxation and experience with multi-sector commercial accounting.
- Ability to process Luxembourg administrative documents and contribute to financial statement preparation.
- French and English fluency required.
