2027 DWS Graduate Program (P.A.C.E.) – Communications, Brand & CSR Team – Hong Kong SAR (AI)

Location: Hong Kong SAR; the program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding in Frankfurt, Germany, followed by rotations in Hong Kong SAR.

What you will do

• Support media relations across corporate, product, business, and human resources topics.
• Coordinate media requests with journalists, public relations agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Organize virtual and in-person press activities, corporate events, town halls, and CSR initiatives.
• Produce press releases, briefing notes, social media content, speeches, internal communications, newsletters, multimedia storyboards, and presentations for APAC.
• Monitor and analyze media sources, conduct research, and prepare daily APAC media monitoring reports using corporate AI tools where appropriate.
• Support APAC brand positioning in collaboration with global communications and editorial teams.

Requirements

• Must be available to start on 6 September 2027.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree completed or expected in 2026 or 2027, preferably in communications, journalism, translation, linguistics, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Less than 12 months of relevant full-time work experience, excluding internships.
• Excellent written and spoken English and fluency in Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong communication, project management, multitasking, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of the Hong Kong and APAC media landscape, social media, asset management, capital markets, and financial products; proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of multimedia production and image-processing tools such as Adobe Photoshop.
• Initial exposure to digital and AI-related projects.
