Finance Associate - MENA Region (Finance): Managing MENA invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and billing disputes with an accent on regional tax compliance, e-invoicing, and client finance coordination. Focus on validating invoices against KSA, UAE, Egypt, and Qatar requirements, resolving payment blockers, and improving the billing-to-collections workflow.

What you will do
- Review MENA invoices for regulatory compliance, including VAT and e-invoicing requirements in KSA, the UAE, Egypt, and Qatar.
- Manage collection activities, monitor accounts receivable aging, contact customers, and escalate delinquent accounts when necessary.
- Resolve billing disputes, tax discrepancies, credit memos, adjustments, and re-billings in coordination with Billing, Tax, Legal, Sales, and client Finance teams.
- Maintain billing and collections reports, dispute logs, compliance trackers, and month-end reconciliation support.
- Support client onboarding, maintain billing requirements and contacts, and help reduce invoice rejection rates.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and support the rollout of billing tools and e-invoicing platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections.
- Experience operating across the MENA region, with strong knowledge of KSA and UAE billing and collection regulations.
- Hands-on experience with ZATCA and UAE VAT invoicing requirements.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Proficiency in SAP, familiarity with Salesforce CRM, and strong Excel skills.
