Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding California. Travel: 10%. An onsite interview or in-person onboarding may be required.

What you will do

• Own the architecture, performance, reliability, and long-term strategic direction of the jackhenry.dev developer portal.
• Design and evolve a scalable portal for developers consuming hirify.global APIs and platforms.
• Implement portal capabilities, developer tools, workflows, and integrations that improve adoption and engagement.
• Improve developer onboarding, API discoverability, self-service functionality, documentation, and technical resources.
• Monitor platform health, usage metrics, developer feedback, and analytics to identify improvements.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, authentication, authorization, compliance, and data protection.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States, excluding California.
• Immigration sponsorship and support are not available; candidates must not require immigration support now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with information architecture, content modeling, developer portals, API platforms, or developer experience products.
• Experience improving developer documentation for usability, clarity, and navigation.
• Experience creating technical documentation or developer education content.
