Video Editor Marketing (Fintech): Developing marketing videos, animations, motion graphics, and digital advertising content for a financial services brand with an accent on post-production, visual storytelling, and content creation across web and social platforms. Focus on editing professional video footage, building motion graphics, integrating sound and effects, and taking projects from concept through final cut.
Location: Remote, must reside within the U.S. territory; primary location Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The role does not offer employment visa sponsorship, including CPT/OPT.
Base salary: $72,200–$101,975 per year, with potential bonus participation.

What you will do
- Develop brand-building and informational videos for marketing, websites, social media, microsites, digital ads, clients, and product campaigns.
- Create motion graphics, animations, graphic overlays, and visual effects from concept through execution.
- Collaborate on creative ideas and storyboards, present concepts to internal teams and clients, and support B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Record and work with camera, audio, and lighting equipment in a professional production environment.
- Edit footage in post-production, including rough and final cuts, music, dialogue, graphics, sound, and effects.
- Adopt new editing technologies and industry best practices to improve production efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in an external or in-house agency.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects; working knowledge of Adobe Audition and Photoshop.
- Experience taking video projects from ideation to completion using motion graphics, sound design, and color correction.
- Experience in a professional production or post-production environment, including editing workflows and Premiere file structuring.
- Strong creative instincts, technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and organization.
- Strong portfolio available for review; ability to work under pressure and meet time constraints.
