Freelancer - Video Editor (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Poland or Ukraine; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: €25 per hour; 20 hours per week

What you will do

• Edit existing UGC footage into short-form videos for TikTok and Snapchat.
• Create strong opening hooks using transitions, typography and motion graphics.
• Work with Creative Producers and User Acquisition to test variations and improve underperforming assets.
• Deliver a high volume of quality video assets with fast turnaround times.
• Adapt and localize videos for different markets while following brand guidelines.
• Use platform trends, native formats and AI tools to improve production workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design or video editing.
• Portfolio demonstrating motion work, composition, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating short-form UGC content with a TikTok-first approach.
• Advanced After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite skills, plus experience with Figma.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics including CTR, conversion and retention.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring motion designers.
• Experience with content localization, video automation workflows, 3D or advanced motion techniques.
