Play Ideation Internship (Creative Play): Exploring early-stage ideas and developing new play experiences into visualisations, concepts, and playable prototypes with an accent on creative experimentation, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on supporting ideation sessions, challenging conventional thinking, and shaping emerging concepts through sketching, artwork, model building, animation, and videography.
Location: Billund, Denmark; onsite for the full internship period from 1 September to 31 December 2026

What you will do
- Support teams in facilitating ideation sessions.
- Turn early ideas and creative sparks into visualisations and concepts.
- Explore independent ideation directions and new play experiences.
- Challenge teams to broaden their thinking and explore unconventional possibilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop concepts into playable prototypes.
Requirements
- Remain a student for the full internship period and graduate after 31 December 2026.
- The internship must contribute course credit and be a compulsory part of the education programme.
- Be available to live and work in Billund, Denmark from 1 September through 31 December 2026.
- Demonstrate curiosity, bravery, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Submit an application in English with a poster, current CV, portfolio, and bespoke cover letter as four separate PDF documents.
Nice to have
- Experience with sketching, concept artwork, graphic design, facilitation, model building, animation, or videography and editing.
- Artistic hobbies such as music, art, dance, design, or fashion.
- Cultural awareness through exhibitions, research, exploration, or travel.
