Supply Growth Manager (AdTech)

Location: Worldwide; relocation support to Hamburg, Germany is available.

What you will do

• Manage and expand a portfolio of app publisher partners.
• Identify upselling, optimization, retention, and revenue growth opportunities.
• Analyze CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, CTR, and partner performance data.
• Build and present performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews using Google Sheets and Slides.
• Translate partner feedback and market insights into technical requirements for Product, Tech, and Business teams.
• Own growth initiatives, resolve integration blockers, and drive portfolio performance end to end.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising and monetization metrics, including CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR.
• Experience managing partner relationships and communicating through Slack, email, and video calls.
• Ability to create data-driven reports and presentations with Google Sheets and Slides.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
