Play Invention Physical Internship

Location: Billund, Denmark; must be able to live and work there from 1 September to 31 December 2026

What you will do

• Brainstorm physical prototypes with a small team to explore new materials and functions.
• Use hands-on making skills to solve physical prototyping challenges.
• Design and build physical elements for specific prototype purposes.
• Collaborate with creatives, innovators, researchers, engineers, and technologists.
• Develop and test playable prototypes using materials such as plastic, paper, card, wood, and textiles.

Requirements

• Must remain a student for the full internship period and graduate after 31 December 2026.
• The internship must contribute course credit and be a compulsory part of the education program.
• Available for a full-time internship in Billund, Denmark from 1 September through 31 December 2026.
• Experience with hands-on creative or technical work such as sketching, painting, sculpture, woodwork, textiles, electronics, CAD, or machine workshop tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, explore ambiguity, and communicate ideas.

Nice to have

• hirify.global model building experience.
• Experience with game engines, coding, videography, or editing.
