Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d) - IT Infrastructure Services

Location: Hybrid work model; office-first company with the option to work from another location for up to 60 days per year, depending on the role.

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the global identity and access management platform as a set of highly available cloud-focused services.
• Integrate internal and external applications into the identity infrastructure, including SSO integrations.
• Improve role-based access control concepts and guide other teams in adopting identity and access management services.
• Drive infrastructure projects, service innovation, and the design of future IT infrastructure.
• Automate recurring infrastructure tasks and support internal business services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or a similar identity and access management platform.
• Advanced knowledge of OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML authentication protocols.
• At least 3 years of scripting experience, ideally with Python.
• At least 1 year of experience with infrastructure-as-code solutions, preferably Terraform.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations.
• Basic experience with APIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Experience with IaaS solutions.
• Basic knowledge of React or other modern frontend and web technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
