Focus on analyzing crawlability and retrieval, building prioritized optimization roadmaps, designing experiments, and translating emerging search concepts into measurable client outcomes.

What you will do

  • Lead SEO, GEO, and AEO client engagements from discovery and assessment through strategy, implementation, experimentation, and measurement.
  • Conduct technical SEO, content, search-intent, competitor, keyword, content-gap, and AI-readiness assessments.
  • Analyze brand and competitor visibility across Google, search engines, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Copilot, and other discovery platforms.
  • Develop prioritized strategies covering technical SEO, content, authority, semantic search, entity optimization, and AI visibility.
  • Evaluate crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, performance, structured data, Schema.org, JSON-LD, semantic HTML, and AI crawler accessibility.
  • Lead client workshops and presentations, collaborate with engineering and content teams, measure outcomes, and contribute to repeatable SEO, GEO, and AEO methodologies.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on SEO experience, ideally with complex or enterprise websites.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, structured data, semantic search, and authority building.
  • Practical understanding of GEO, AEO, AI-powered search, RAG, retrieval, citations, entities, and knowledge graphs.
  • Experience with SEO analytics, crawling, research, and competitive intelligence tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Ability to independently analyze digital presence, create prioritized strategies, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong consulting, analytical, and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

  • Agency or consulting experience with enterprise clients.
  • Experience with AI visibility platforms such as Profound or Peec AI.
  • Experience with entity SEO, knowledge graphs, digital PR, international or multilingual SEO.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, automation, AI tools, or agents for SEO workflows.
