hirify.global develops digital, autonomous, and electric freight technology for manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers, and defense organizations across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

What you will do

  • Consolidate monthly group results in accordance with IFRS, including cash flow and related analysis.
  • Support group-level compliance with the IFRS framework.
  • Own the parent company's closing process.
  • Coordinate annual and quarterly SEC reporting, the Swedish annual report, and other regulatory reporting.
  • Coordinate the group audit process and contribute to financial improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with internal experts across the business.

Requirements

  • University degree in accounting and/or finance.
  • Documented experience applying and ensuring compliance with IFRS.
  • Experience with group consolidation and monthly or annual closing in an international environment or within a start-up or scale-up.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience with advanced business and consolidation systems.
  • A background check is conducted for the final candidate, including possible verification of education, employment history, certifications, and other relevant information.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a listed company environment.
  • Experience with U.S. SEC reporting.
  • Experience with IFS.
