TL;DR
Localization Operations Specialist (Phrase/localization infrastructure): Owning the platform, pipeline and operating model that turn English product content into high-quality localized experiences with an accent on workflow design, quality standards and cross-functional operations. Focus on configuring integrations, debugging CI/CD workflows, launching new languages, and building scalable localization systems.
Location: Stockholm headquarters, hybrid arrangement with 3 days per week on-site
Salary: 51,000–62,000 SEK per month

What you will do
- Own the Phrase localization platform and pipeline, including workflow configuration, integrations, troubleshooting and monitoring.
- Build localization workflows, governance models, quality gates and approval paths.
- Partner with Engineering to design localization infrastructure covering content extraction, synchronization, integrations and CI/CD.
- Improve localization quality through terminology standards, review gates and feedback loops across languages.
- Lead new language rollouts and provide visibility into cost, quality and operational complexity.
- Manage localization budgets, language partners and cross-functional communication across Content Design, Engineering, Web, Lifecycle Marketing and GTM.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience owning localization as a core responsibility.
- Experience building or significantly improving localization workflows, governance and quality gates.
- Proficiency with Phrase, including workflow and integration configuration and pipeline debugging.
- Technical fluency and experience partnering with engineers on integrations, extraction, synchronization and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience supporting new language or market launches and managing language partners and quality standards.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Swedish is not required.

- Proficiency in German, Spanish, Portuguese or French.
