What you will do
- Plan and optimize international transportation solutions by balancing business requirements, service levels, cost, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate end-to-end shipments with internal stakeholders, warehouses, hubs, ports, and transportation providers.
- Track shipment milestones, identify delays or disruptions, and implement solutions to support on-time, in-full delivery.
- Execute shipment costing and ensure compliance with freight contracts, procurement guidelines, internal controls, and transportation procedures.
- Build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze transport performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or international operations; relevant internships are also considered.
- Knowledge of transport planning, shipment coordination, and freight operations.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across international teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Microsoft Office applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP or other Transportation Management or ERP systems.
- Proactive, customer-focused, solution-oriented, and adaptable approach.
