Location: London, United Kingdom — hybrid, with 2 to 3 days per week in the Wimbledon office

What you will do
- Translate global creative direction into locally relevant visual merchandising and retail design solutions.
- Design permanent and temporary retail environments, including counters, shop-in-shops, pop-ups, promotional spaces, and visual merchandising collateral.
- Create mood boards, concept presentations, 3D visualisations, floor plans, elevations, fixture details, lighting references, material specifications, and finish schedules.
- Produce supplier-ready technical drawing packs for quotation, development, manufacture, and installation.
- Review supplier drawings, prototypes, and samples for accuracy, feasibility, buildability, material quality, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, store design, marketing, sales, procurement, supply chain, agencies, suppliers, and retail partners across multiple projects.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandising design, store design, or retail design with strong technical design exposure.
- Experience in luxury beauty, premium retail, or luxury fashion environments.
- Strong spatial planning, retail construction, fixture engineering, materials, finishes, lighting, manufacturing, and installation knowledge.
- Experience creating supplier-ready drawing packs, fixture details, elevations, material schedules, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple technical workstreams and review prototypes and samples with strong attention to accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, or similar design tools.
