What you will do

• Execute and optimize performance media campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels.
• Analyze Search Query Reports, remove irrelevant keywords, add negative keywords, and optimize bidding strategies.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and translate campaign metrics into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze campaign results, audience behavior, engagement metrics, and performance trends to guide targeting, messaging, creative, landing page, and budget decisions.
• Document campaign learnings and contribute to future strategies and best practices.
• Reconcile campaign finances, verify spend, identify discrepancies, and support accurate budget reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a STEM major.
• Experience in digital media, paid advertising, or media buying.
• Demonstrated experience managing successful paid search and social campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Creative, solutions-oriented, organized, and detail-focused approach to work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
