Sales Business Intelligence Analyst

What you will do

• Extract, structure, and analyze internal data on client behavior, sales trends, and product performance.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, effectiveness reports, KPI tracking, and high-accuracy authority reports.
• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and align business goals.
• Support portfolio and bonus management, pipeline tracking, sales campaigns, forecasts, and marketing communication lists.
• Administer Salesforce users and licenses, support the online signing platform, and contribute to new Salesforce processes, tools, and reporting automation.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in reporting, analysis, or business intelligence focused on sales and marketing data.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, including user and license administration, reporting, and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alteryx Designer for data preparation.
• Understanding of Azure Data Studio and SQL for database queries.
