Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Digital Marketing): Driving the launch, growth, and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns for the Finnish market with an accent on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, budget ownership, and performance analytics. Focus on testing audiences and creatives, identifying scalable acquisition opportunities, improving tracking and measurement, and coordinating campaign delivery across internal teams, agencies, and partners.

What you will do

  • Launch, manage, and optimise paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Display.
  • Own campaign budgets and optimise performance against business KPIs.
  • Analyse campaign results and turn performance data into actionable improvements.
  • Plan and run tests across audiences, creatives, channels, and campaign setups.
  • Support tracking, measurement, and reporting development while exploring new performance channels.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams, external agencies, and partners, while monitoring the Finnish market and competitors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in a B2C environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and advertising platform managers.
  • Experience managing significant paid media budgets against performance KPIs.
  • Structured, results-oriented, independent working style with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent Finnish and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Display and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Experience in startup, new market launch, or agency environments.
  • Understanding of how performance marketing works with broader brand and offline marketing.
