INOVASI 3 - Finance Officer NTB

Location: West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, with travel to other INOVASI areas as necessary. Open to Indonesia nationals and permanent residents with authority to live and work in Indonesia.

What you will do

• Prepare payment transactions, employee advances, petty cash vouchers, monthly cashbooks, expenditure tracking, and supporting financial documentation.
• Verify transactions against approved budgets, GL codes, project codes, and activity cost allocations.
• Prepare provincial forecasts, cash requests, cash advance aging reports, bank receipt voucher registers, and related reports for the Jakarta head office.
• Support vendor, facilitator, stakeholder, and local government database management.
• Support grant reviews, grantee financial reporting, financial capacity building, and compliance with INOVASI and DFAT requirements.
• Maintain internal controls, support audits and investigations, and prepare withholding tax and VAT documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of finance experience, preferably supporting a large-scale organization.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and internet-based tools.
• Ability to work independently, complete assignments with minimal supervision, and communicate effectively with accounting and non-accounting professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia skills required; English fluency is advantageous.
• Must be an Indonesian national or permanent resident with authority to live and work in Indonesia.
