International Finance, Valuation, Associate (Luxembourg)

What you will do

• Review investment committee materials, valuation calibrations, internal valuation analyses, and third-party valuation reports.
• Review and document investment valuations at fund level.
• Complete due diligence on hirify.global valuation teams and participate in new fund onboarding.
• Improve valuation processes, procedures, offshore resource utilization, and technology adoption.
• Coordinate assigned responsibilities for offshore consultants and collaborate with US, APAC, EMEA, and global finance teams.
• Prepare management information for Management Committee and fund board meetings and support ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant financial services experience, including prior Big Four experience, with an understanding of alternative investment operations.
• Expertise in valuation methodologies and practices, with strong organizational, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AIFM and Luxembourg fund regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a strong interest in using technology.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• CFA or CAIA qualification.
