What you will do

• Deliver and assess in-house engineering courses up to Level 2.
• Assess and internally verify Level 3 engineering competencies against apprenticeship standards.
• Coordinate and track all elements of the apprenticeship programme through agreed completion timelines.
• Mentor apprentices and support their development of technical knowledge, skills, and professional behaviours.
• Develop engineering course materials, lesson plans, and schemes of work.
• Maintain learner records and assessment evidence in OneFile while supporting hirify.global’s Zero Harm culture.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in electrical, mechanical, or machining engineering.
• Practical machining experience is essential.
• Level 5 Teaching Qualification or equivalent.
• TAQA or equivalent training, assessment, and quality assurance qualification.
• D32/D33 or A1 Assessor’s Award and D34 or V1 Verifier’s Award.
• Ability to hold or obtain enhanced DBS security clearance, including Adults’ and Children’s Barred List checks.
