Transportation Operation (Chinese Speaker)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and monitor transportation plans to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
• Manage daily transportation operations, including carrier selection, load planning, dispatching, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with warehousing, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth logistics execution.
• Analyze transportation data, costs, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and logistics providers.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies while mitigating network risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or a related role, preferably in large-scale e-commerce or retail.
• Strong knowledge of transportation modes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems and other logistics software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Chinese language proficiency is required.
