Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

What you will do

• Continuously develop and maintain products owned by the team.
• Implement user stories, fix bugs, create and review pull requests, and document code and technical decisions.
• Research solutions, suggest product improvements, and communicate progress clearly.
• Ensure products meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, readable, testable Dart code and use AI tools to improve development and code reviews.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Flutter and the ability to write well-documented Dart code.
• Experience with MVVM or module-based state management and reactive programming with RxDart.
• Ability to consume GraphQL or REST APIs and persist data using key-value, file, and database storage.
• Experience writing unit, widget, and integration tests for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub.
• Ability to use AI tools such as Claude or Codex in the development workflow.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mobile accessibility, including screen readers and reduced-motion or transparency settings.
• Experience with Fastlane, Swift or Kotlin native plugins, Xcode, Gradle, or Android Studio.
• Background in native iOS or Android development.
