YouTube Product Manager Intern (iGaming)

Location: Full remote, with at least 4 hours of overlap with Bangkok working hours.

Salary: €1,000 per month; 35 hours per week with a flexible schedule.

hirify.global is a digital media product company that builds and grows its own websites, brands, and YouTube channels, primarily through affiliate marketing.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities in the French-speaking market through keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and content angles.
• Launch YouTube channels and develop video ideas, scripts, voice-overs, thumbnails, and publications.
• Build YouTube SEO strategies and optimize titles, thumbnails, hooks, and content for rankings.
• Analyze rankings, click-through rate, retention, traffic, and conversions.
• Run experiments, interpret results, and adapt channel and content strategies.
• Use AI and automation while working within YouTube policies and the requirements of a regulated iGaming industry.

Requirements

• Native French, including the ability to write and record voice-overs for a French-speaking audience.
• Good English required as the team's working language.
• Some experience with video editing or content creation.
• Basic understanding of SEO or strong interest in learning it.
• Experience using AI tools and willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and comfort with testing and numbers.

Nice to have

• Experience launching a YouTube channel, website, social media account, or another digital project.
