Senior Agent Fleet Front Office German Speaker

What you will do

• Provide first-level FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) help desk support to fleet customers and Fleet Service Providers.
• Manage FOS user administration, frontend and backend settings, configurations, and operational processes.
• Support FOS, eJob, and FOS Mobile users, customers, service providers, and Sales teams.
• Coordinate Back Office and Accounts Receivable processes, including VIM invoice approval activities before invoice booking.
• Manage end-to-end eCasing and eClaims processes and resolve operational issues.
• Participate in system testing, new development implementation, compliance monitoring, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of experience in Help Desk, customer service, operations, or a similar support function.
• Strong understanding of FOS and the ability to support and train new users.
• Good PC literacy and experience with business systems; SAP knowledge is relevant.
• Strong customer-service, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and manage issues in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent German and English are required.

Nice to have

• Previous SAP experience.
• Knowledge of SAP SD and MM modules.
