Blockchain Ops Engineer (Blockchain)

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; hybrid work with attendance at the Vadistanbul office two days per week durhirify.global three weeks of each month, plus one fully remote week per month. Additional remote workhirify.global opportunities are available throughout August.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and secure digital asset technology capabilities for a regulated bankhirify.global environment.
• Build and protect wallet infrastructure, key management, custody models, cryptographic controls, and secure signhirify.global components.
• Support smart contract security, transaction authorization, tokenization platforms, and blockchain integrations.
• Apply secure-by-design, resilience, auditability, and compliance principles to production platforms.
• Collaborate with digital asset engineers, blockchain engineers, architects, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, legal, product, and global technology teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineerhirify.global, solution design, or architecture roles.
• Strong experience in cybersecurity, secure software engineerhirify.global, platform security, or cryptographic systems.
• Understandhirify.global of wallets, public/private key cryptography, digital signatures, transaction signhirify.global, smart contracts, tokens, blockchain nodes, and custody models.
• Experience with secure codhirify.global, threat modelhirify.global, vulnerability management, penetration testhirify.global, or security architecture.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, IAM, secrets management, encryption, logghirify.global, monitorhirify.global, and audit trails.
• Fluent English communication skills at C1 level or above and a bachelor's degree in computer engineerhirify.global, software engineerhirify.global, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience in bankhirify.global, financial services, payments, capital markets, securities, custody, or wholesale bankhirify.global.
• Experience with digital assets, tokenization, stablecoins, CBDCs, tokenized deposits, or blockchain-based settlement.
• Hands-on experience with HSMs, MPC platforms, wallet infrastructure, custody providers, or smart contract security tools.
• Knowledge of Ethereum, EVM chains, Hyperledger Besu, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Quorum, or permissioned blockchain networks.
• Security certifications or experience with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS, OWASP, or cloud security benchmarks.
