What you will do
- Support client meetings and reporting activities through investment and client data analysis.
- Prepare clear, high-quality client-facing presentations and communication materials.
- Enhance and automate reporting and presentation processes to improve efficiency and deliverable quality.
- Transform and analyze investment, fund, and client data into meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with Client Portfolio Managers, Content Operations, Marketing Enablement, and Investment teams across global locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a strong quantitative focus, preferably in Finance, Sciences, or Engineering.
- Experience in data management or data processing and an interest in asset management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Graphic skills for improving product presentations.
- Fluent English and German required.
Nice to have
- Experience with portfolio management software or Bloomberg.
- Programming or scripting skills in Python or MATLAB.
- Italian, Spanish, or French language skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools and techniques, including automation, agents, and reviews.
