Salary: NZ$92,213–NZ$190,294 per year, depending on experience and academic level.

What you will do
- Oversee longitudinal analysis of brain MRI studies involving neonates, children, and school-age participants.
- Ensure appropriate collection, storage, processing, and analysis of diffusion, structural, and functional MRI data.
- Assess relationships between neonatal clinical variables, developmental outcomes, and brain MRI findings.
- Contribute to the MoPED and STAMP cohort studies on preterm birth, brain development, and child outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinicians, developmental researchers, MRI researchers, statisticians, and researchers at the University of British Columbia and the University of Toronto.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent qualification.
- Strong background in MRI processing and analysis, ideally involving infants and children.
- Experience with MRI image-processing and analysis packages.
- Expertise in diffusion, structural, and/or functional MRI methodologies.
- Experience with scripting or programming for image-processing workflows.
- Strong writing, reporting, presentation, analytical, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
