Location: Residential role in Macraes, Otago, New Zealand, supporting operations across Waihi and Macraes. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

What you will do
- Lead the Procurement & Supply Chain function for the New Zealand operations.
- Implement procurement strategies, category plans, sourcing initiatives, tendering, and contract management activities.
- Drive commercial value through supplier collaboration, demand management, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee transportation, logistics, warehousing, materials planning, and inventory availability.
- Manage procurement controls, governance, audit readiness, compliance, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed team across procurement, warehousing, inventory, materials management, and contract administration.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing purchasing, warehousing, and logistics.
- Previous management and supervisory experience is required.
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Distribution, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Full and current driver licence; ability to drive manual vehicles is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
- Residential role based in Otago, New Zealand.
