Media Buyer, Integrated Media Investment

Location: New York City area, United States; hybrid arrangement with onsite work and work-from-home flexibility.

Salary: $62,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, and report on integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Manage vendor communications, client relationships, RFP development, partner evaluations, and negotiations.
• Support media buying, vendor contracts, platform budgets, billing, and invoicing.
• Use media buying, trafficking, measurement, and reporting tools to launch campaigns and monitor pacing.
• Collaborate with supervisors, directors, creative teams, vendors, and clients on media strategies and activations.
• Review assistant buyers’ work, provide feedback, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in media investment or buying across online and offline channels.
• Experience with digital display, audio, video, search, social, TV, radio, OOH, and print campaigns.
• Proficiency with tools such as FreeWheel, SBMS/Adazzle, GCM, MOAT/IAS, and Tableau.
• Strong campaign and project management skills, including RFP development, vendor negotiations, trafficking, pacing, and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for managing vendors, supporting internal teams, and presenting media strategies.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
