Photo Editing Lead

Location: 100% onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila, Philippines; shifting schedule required

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of photo editing specialists to improve productivity and engagement.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, troubleshoot blockers, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Track concurrent projects, deadlines, documentation, and delivery communications.
• Support special-case production work with hands-on editing when required.
• Improve team utilization and contribute to stronger gross-margin performance.

Requirements

• Strong people-management skills, including experience with Performance Improvement Plans.
• Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and quality focus.
• Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision and adapt to new tools and workflows.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite in Ortigas on a shifting schedule.

Nice to have

• Video editing experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflows, or automation.
• Curiosity about experimenting with new technologies.
