What you will do
- Manage direct-labor agencies and the full-cycle recruitment process for operators and technicians, including external and internal hiring.
- Monitor direct-labor headcount against the RFF target using monthly movement reports.
- Manage gratuity, early-retirement, and retirement programs.
- Coordinate with global agencies to support foreign employees and their families with visa and work-permit actions.
- Maintain company documents for government submissions, including licenses and shareholder lists.
- Prepare company memos and announcements, respond to employee questions, and support engagement and rehabilitation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, political science, psychology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR management.
- Proactive approach with analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience using AI tools.
- Experience preparing presentation materials such as job advertisements or company communications.
- Understanding of labor law.
