Manager, Social, UK

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Plan and manage paid social campaigns aligned with client objectives, KPIs, budgets, audiences, channels, and formats.
• Set up, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise campaigns across platforms including Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Lead quality assurance, pacing checks, performance analysis, campaign reporting, and client presentations.
• Write performance commentary, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve campaign results.
• Manage relationships with clients, media partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support junior team members through workload prioritisation, training, guidance, and recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or an agency-based role with client or external stakeholder responsibility.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimising paid social campaigns across multiple major social platforms.
• Experience planning large-scale campaigns across brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience producing detailed campaign reports, presentations, quarterly business reviews, and annual reviews.
• Confidence presenting to clients, leading calls, and building strong professional relationships.
• Some experience managing or training junior team members across paid social is preferred.
