Senior Production Designer

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia

Salary: COP 4,000,000–6,000,000 per month

What you will do

• Prepare, adapt, and finalize creative assets for print, digital, and motion formats.
• Ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards across deliverables.
• Execute mechanical builds, layout resizing, and versioning for multi-channel campaigns.
• Conduct preflight checks, package files, and archive production assets.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and the Print Studio Team to meet production requirements and deadlines.
• Identify production issues early and propose practical solutions while managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Understanding of prepress and file preparation for print and digital outputs.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typographic hierarchy, and image optimization.
• Experience working with templates, grids, brand guidelines, asset management systems, and version control.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital formats such as OOH, social, and video.
